IN MEMORIAM - KENNETH "POPS" WALLACE

Kenneth Wallace was born Feb. 25, 1913, and passed from this life July 26, 2002.
During those years, he lived a long and fruitful life. He was among the first wave of soldiers to land on the Normandy beaches on D-Day. He was among the first troops to liberate two Nazi death camps where Jews were being put to death.

"Pops" always had a deep love for Jewish people, and attended Messiah Assembly during the later years of his life, attending until a few weeks before his death. His name is inscribed as a gentile hero on the wall of heros in a synagogue in Israel, and even more importantly, it is inscribed with special love in our hearts.

Kenneth Wallace served his country with distinction, serving in Panama, the European theater of war during World War II, and saw a lot of action in Korea.
