OUR VISION

Messiah Assembly is a congregation of believers in Yeshua (Jesus), the promised Messiah of Scripture. We assemble to worship the One Elohim (God) of the universe and to support each other as we all learn and mature in our faith. Our goal is for our congregation to have a positive impact on both our local and global communities. We have great respect for the Jewish roots of our faith, and also believe that the Good News message is applicable to all peoples and cultures.

THIS WE BELIEVE!

1. WE BELIEVE -
In the Elohim (God) of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, who is the one true Father of all creation.

2. WE BELIEVE -
That the Holy Bible is the Word of Elohim. It consists of the Tanakh and the Brit Chadasha (commonly called the Old and New Testaments). It expresses the will and Word of Elohim for all humanity. When believers embed this word in their hearts, it becomes a living, vital, and active force in their every day lives.

3. WE BELIEVE -
That Elohim poured that creative part of Himself which is His voice, the WORD, into human flesh to live and dwell among us. This living Word, who was made flesh, is Yeshua Ha Meshiach, commonly called Jesus the Christ.

4. WE BELIEVE -
That Yeshua presented Himself as the Perfect Pesach (Passover) Lamb sacrifice for the eradication of all human sins.

5. WE BELIEVE -
That Yeshua was resurrected from the dead, appeared to many people, and was observed as He ascended to heaven. He fulfilled the role of High Priest when the Father accepted His blood sacrifice to fully erase the sins of all humanity. Prophecy guarantees the return of Yeshua, the Savior of the world.

6. WE BELIEVE -
That Yeshua did not come to invalidate the teachings of Moshe (Moses) or Elohim’s Covenants with Israel. Rather, Yeshua cut through many doctrines added by men as He taught Elohim’s spiritual purpose and intention. His new covenant fulfills and broadens Elohim’s previous promises and is freely available to all peoples of the world.

7. WE BELIEVE -
In the present day work of Ruach Ha Kodesh (the Holy Spirit). Ruach Ha Kodesh is the Comforter and Teacher that actively manifests and works within the lives of believers in a great variety of ways.

8. WE BELIEVE -
That all people have free will, the right to choose either good or evil.

9. WE BELIEVE -
That a relationship with Elohim and the promise of eternal life is obtainable only by way of Yeshua’s Blood sacrifice. He is the perfect Paschal Lamb, our High Priest, the King of kings, and Lord of lords.

10. WE BELIEVE -
That sharing the Good News should never include coercion, force, or threats to peoples with different belief systems.

11. WE BELIEVE -
That the body of Messiah, the temple of Elohim, consists of Believers from all tribes and nations of the world. Scripture allows room for a great diversity of congregational formats and freedom of worship as this very diverse group express their full trust and confidence in the Messiah, the Chief Corner Stone, and the head of this assembly.
